  • Technical principle: It is a manufacturing process that combines debonded kraft cellulose fibers with micro - fiber polypropylene meltblown fiber. According to INDA, "co - form" means the formation of a non - woven web through the concurrent use of elements from at least two different web formation technologies. In the  process, semi - molten polypropylene fibers are entangled with cellulose fibers to create a chemical - free binder system.
  • Material composition: the  materials usually contain a high proportion of natural wood pulp, often up to more than 70%. The combination of very fine meltblown fibers with larger cellulose fibers creates a unique and highly efficient structure.
  • Product structure: the materials are often in a three - layer structure. Generally, the upper and lower layers are melt - blown layers, and the middle layer is an air - laid wood pulp layer
  • Performance advantages: The unique weaving technology  makes the product softer, with a cotton - like texture, which can carefully care for the tender skin. Its fiber diameter is nearly 8 times finer than that of ordinary non - woven fabrics, providing a delicate and soft touch, and at the same time, it has excellent cleaning effect. Because of its thickened structure and the characteristics of wood pulp itself, it has strong water absorption, which can quickly absorb moisture, making it very suitable for applications requiring high - speed liquid absorption, such as wet wipes
